Will the information be saved on the phone when it goes in for repair?

As required by manufacturers, each warranty repair is followed by a so-called "flashing" of the device. It is updated to the latest software version and all data is deleted.

Is there a possibility to save the information after "flashing"

Yes, our technicians can back up the device and restore it back once the repair is complete. (It is mandatory to mention when sending the device for repair, whether the information should be saved) - for additional fee.

I live in another city, can I send my warranty device with courier to be repaired?

Yes, you can send your device by courier, accompanied by a warranty card and a purchase document (invoice, receipt). Once the damage has been fixed, your device will be returned back by courier.

I live in another city, can I send my out of warranty device with courier to be repaired?

Yes, you can send the device with courier. After a diagnosis is made by our specialists, you will be called back to discuss the possible solutions, and you will be given a quote for the repair.

What spare parts are used to repair the mobile devices?

Only original spare parts are supplied directly from the manufacturer.
